The monograph deals with a complex comparative research of the criminal legislation of Ukraine and Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia in the sphere of the violation of traffic rules or the exploitation of vehicles. A social danger of the mentioned action is determined, its objective and subjective signs are studied. The general and distinctive features of the criminal legislation of Ukraine and Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia are revealed and its advantages are estimated. Scientifically grounded proposals directed on the improvement of criminal legislation of Ukraine are introduced on the basis of the achieved results.
