Borshch O. Management of the share capital in the agroindustrial enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodiological bases and practical problems of improvement of management of share capital in agroindusrial producion with the purpose to increase the efficiency of its use and incomes of shareholders. In the dissertation the economic essence of the capital as object of financial management is complemented and the classification attributes of the capital are systematized from the point of view of its formation and us, the author's definition of the corporate enterprise is given according to the international practice for unification in normative-legislative base of Ukraine, the concept of financial management of share capital as a component of corporate management is improved, its purposes are specified and the financial mechanism of management of shareholder's is offered.The analysis of formation and use of the capital by share daity enterprises is carried out, the influence of the internal and external factors on their financial results is determined.Theauthor offers imitating model, which allows to optimize target structure of the capital by criteria of maximal market cost of the enterprise and minimization of risk, and also allows to make the effective administrative decisions in the caseof any factor"s change.
