This dissertation deals with the questions of growing the X-ray diagnostics of lung cancer taking into consideration the presence of concurrent professional dust pathology of lungs by using of complex of X-ray diagnostics methods. The peculiarities of origin lung cancer in Donbass are founded. The peculiarities of primary and differential diagnostics of lung cancer against the background of dust diseases are specified. The algorithms of examination the patients with suspicion the lung cancer are worked out.
