Didyk S. Criminal and legal justice protection against illegitimate actions of a judge as a special perpetrator

The thesis is dedicated to theoretical and practical problems of criminal and legal justice protection against illegitimate actions of a judge as a special perpetrator. The thesis contains the complex scientific research on the problems of criminal and legal theory and practice of the crimes against the justice done by judges. The dissertation defines new theoretical regulations, and anticipates the meanings of separate notions that are important for the science, practice, as well as for the improvement of current law of Ukraine. There were underlined the major stages of the introduction and development the criminal and legal justice protection against the illegitimate actions of a judge in Ukraine. There was done a research on foreign legislation for criminal responsibility at the basis of which there was compared the norms of criminal code of Ukraine establishing the responsibility of the judges for the crimes against the justice, with the correspondent norms of criminal codes of other countries. Apart from that there was analyzed of the particularities of constructions and elements of the crimes against the justice committed by a judge as a special perpetrator.
