Kniga M. Enforcement measures of medical nature as a way of combating crimes

The dissertation is the first in Ukraine integrated and system research in the field of problems of applying enforcement measures of medical nature. In this research analysis the problems of combating crimes, which committed by mentally ill people, the problems of protecting their rights and freedoms during applying the enforcement measures of medical nature. In dissertation is also analysis the criminal law problems of sentencing, continuing, changing and finishing. It is also formulated an advices by perfection of the system of criminal law norms which regulate the institute of the enforcement measures of medical nature.
