Essay

The peculiarities and correlation of various risk factors of cardiovascular complications have been studied as well as their dynamic under the effect of complex therapy in patients with EAH associated with type 2 DM and without it has been investigated. Prolonged combined antihypertensive therapy (AHT) with ramipryl or candesartan with amlodypin combined with atorvastatin in patients with EAH and type 2 DM has been proved to result in reduced number of subject with high cardiovascular risk by 26,1% and 52,2% respectively. Prolonged combined AHT with ramipryl and candesartan with atorvastatin in patients with EAH has been identified to allow reducing the number of subject with high cardiovascular risk by 55,2%.
