Essay

The research object is the management process of labour potential formation in the state regional economic policy. The aim: development and deepening of theoretical approaches and scientific and methodical provision of labour potential formation of regional management improvement. Methods: systematic, complex, functional, factor and statistical analysis and sociological survey, prognosis and graphical methods, cluster analysis, economic and static modelling. Theoretical results: in this thesis the author has outlined theoretical and methodical fundamentals of labour potential of regional management through determination of approaches to the analysis and estimation of influence of regional management factors on the system of formation and application of labour potential system have been determined; the tendencies of the labour potential formation and peculiarities of its management on the regional labour markets nave bun analysed. Practical results: organisational and economic measures have been workedout concerning improvement of regional management of labour potential formation. Novelty: the definitions of the notions "labour potential formation of regional management" and "labour capital" have been given for the first time; the ways of regional management improvement, labour potential development and its formation have been revealed; the influence of the regional management factors on the formation and application of labour potential system have been researched by the instrumentality of economic and statistic modelling, the author has elaborated institutional and economic steps toward improvement of the labour potential.
