Korotіch T. A state of correction of the microcircular course violations, of the peripheral and central hemodynamics with regard to children and teenagers, diabetes mellitus ill of 1 type.

For the purpose of improvement of diagnostics and treatment of the vascular violations with respect to children and teenagers, diabetes mellitus of 1 type have been there studied features of the microcircular course state, of the peripheral and central hemodynamics dependently from age of a patient, duration of a disease and the state of its compensation.On a base of a clinic and instrumental investigation has been there performed a complex analysis of the microcircular course with using of the Doppler ultra sonography regarding forearms and shanks. Concerning 72,3% of children of the pubescence age has been there detected reduction of a peak systolic speed and increasing of a peripheral vascular assistance index in the sphere of the forearms and shanks. With regard to 62,4% of ill children has been there detected a violation of the vascular reactivity. An appropriate worsening of the peripheral and central hemodynamics figures on a long passing of the above diabetes mellitus with progressing of the microcircular course violations and the endothelium vessel dysfunction as a main chain of the diabetic microangiopathy pathogenesis has been determined there.A necessity has been grounded there as well performed an estimation of the treatment efficiency while using penthoxyphilin with regard to children with the diabetic vascular complications. An application of the preparation on a complex treatment of the diabetic complications with respect to children has been recommended there.
