Telichko N. Development of a not state subsystem of an infrastructure of the financial market

Object of research: not state subsystem of an infrastructure of a financial market. The purpose of research: generalization of theory - methodical bases of functioning of a not state subsystem of an infrastructure of the financial market, estimation of the tendencies, inherent in its, and substantiation of ways of its development, for increase of a degree of satisfaction of financial needs of the subjects of a financial relations. Methods: а dialectics method of knowledge, a system approach, an abstract - logic, and also methods of analogy both quantitative and qualitative comparison, analysis both synthesis and graphic research receptions. Theoretical and practical results: consist of an opportunity of use of the received theoretical development, methodical approaches and concrete offers for increase of effectiveness in regions of Ukraine institutes of parts of an infrastructure of the financial market. Scientific novelty: its functioning consists of a theoretical substantiation of an infrastructure,making to a not state subsystem, of the financial market and development of the recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanism. A degree of introduction: the basic practical recommendations and offers by results of research, are accepted to introduction by senior management of economy of the Cherkass's regional state administration, is used іn during development diversification of activity of financial institutions of the Cherkass's area, management NBU in the Cherkass's area. Efficiency: the executed researches will allow to raise efficiency of activity of a not state subsystem of an infrastructure of the financial market of Ukraine, to develop its separate sectors and institutes for satisfaction of financial needs of all subjects of the financial relations. Sphere, area of use: state management in spheres of financial activity and development of the financial market of Ukraine.
