Research plant - Small Hydroelectric Power Stations (SHPS) with asynchronous generators. An object of research - methods and means of a raise of an overall performance of SHPS with asynchronous generators in electrical networks of electric power systems. Methods of reserch - generalising methods of the similarity and simulation theory, analytical methods of linear and nonlinear optimisation problems solution, statistical methods of data handling. For working out of block diagrammes of the automation control systems of SHPS substantive provisions of the automatic control theory and the microsystem theory are used. Theoretical meaning consists in working out of mathematical models and methods which can be applied to a complex solution of an actual problem of a raise efficiency of projection and maintenance of SHPS with asynchronous generators in distributive electrical networks. Practical meaning consists that on the basis of the spent researches the choice of an optimum potency of generators and compensating installations for SHPS is formalized, means of control automation and optimisation of operation of stations in the cascade and as a part of an electrical network which allow to use most effectively water resources are offered, to diminish the cost price and to augment volumes of manufacture of the electric power.
