The thesis defines the problems of training flight attendants for national airlines of Ukraine.The national and international requirements for training of flight attendants for the purpose of identifying the legal basis for functioning of the aviation training center have been investigated. The importance of human factor influence is grounded. A two-level economic and mathematical model of aviation training center functioning as of an investment project has been designed. The economic mechanism of providing effective functioning of the aivaition training center.
