Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the extraction processing of phosphatic raw material by hydrosulphates of alkaline metals which get as a result PK materials which don't have chlorine in their contents. In this work the most effective physico-chemical conditions and technological parameters of the resolution of traditional and low-grade phosphatic raw materials are determined; the possibility of sulphate acid replacement on natural sulphates of alkaline metals is shown. A mechanism of sulfate-acid resolution triple calcium-phosphate by sulfate acid, in obedience to which the receipt of digidrophosphat calcium takes place through the chain of successive reactions is improved. The contents of nourishing components in mineral fertilizers at the decomposition of law-grade phosphatic raw material by gidrosulfates is at the level of decomposition of apatite concentrate by sulfate acid. The most expedient economic and environmentally technology of the processing of law-grade phosphatic ore is proposed.
