Essay

The research is devoted to the study of anaemic syndrome features at a ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, its connection with basic disease flow, activity of inflammatory process and iron metabolism indices. Connection between the morphological changes of colon mucosa and indexes of haemopoiesis was established. The immunological reactivity of patients with the inflammatory bowel diseases is defined in dependence on the pathogenetic variant of anaemia. Differential approach to anaemic syndrome treatment depending on anaemia character and clinical disease flow with the use of folic acid, preparations of iron and erythropoietin-? is proposed.
