Magnetic granular nanostructures are under con-sideration. The aim goal is the experimental investigation of interaction of the electromagnetic waves with granular magnetic nanostructures. The method of electronic paramagnetic resonance is a method of investigation. The phenomenological model of the electron magnetic resonance absorption in the granular magnetic nanostructures has been created. It is shown, that in the studied nanostructures the magnetic clusters could be formed. The correlation of magnetic clusters form with abnormal conduction of effective magnetization has been found. The nanophysics is an application area.
