World experience of commercializational objects development for intellectual property of higher educational establishments and certainly basic strategic directions is analysed and basic strategic development is found out. The methods and approaches of cost of intellectual property estimation are found out and generalized. Taking into account the intellectual property market formation in Ukraine, it is developed the mechanism of intellectual property objects of higher educational establishments and co-operation of commercializational of subjects.
