Public relations come forward a research object in the field of defence of witnesses and victims in criminal procedure of Ukraine. The article of research is defence of witnesses and victims in criminal procedure of Ukraine. In-process in an hisstori-legal aspect the order of participation of witnesses and victims is lighted up in a criminal trial.
