Object of research: processes of development of sugarbeet branch and formation of sugar market. The purpose research: motivation of theoretical, methodical and organizing principles of sugar market operation, elaboration of trends and determination of market model of sugarbeet branch development in region, its adaptation to present-day condition of world trade. Methods: abstract-logical, economy-statistical, accounting-constructive. Theoretical and practical results: is grounded propositions on development of sugarbeet production and formation of market of branch product. The results can be used by research institutions and organ of state management, as well as in practical activity of the agricultural commodity producers and processing enterprise. Scientific novelty: is for the first time determined to regularities and trends of the development of sugarbeet production in region, by method of the cluster analysis is determined groups of processing enterprises in the region upon their competitiveness that allows to optimize use the production powers to sugar industry. Degree of introduction: results of the thesis are used by Central administrative board and management of Vinnitsa regional state administration, processing enterprises. Efficiency: recommendations and offers will promote the revival of production and development of market formation of sugarbeet branch products. Sphere, area of use: scientific institutions, enterprises of agroindustrial complex.
