Zhuk I. Forced measures of medical character and forced treatment in the criminal law of Ukraine

The dissertation is a complex and system research of forced measures of medical character and forced treatment including theoretical and practical questions. The historical-legal and comparative analysis of legislation in a sphere of application of forced measures of medical character and forced treatment is carried out and the legal nature, concept, essence and the sense of these measures are studied. Provisions about purport, bases, types and order of application of forced measures of medical character and forced treatment are studied. The offers on improvement appropriate rules of national legislation (criminal, criminal-executive and so on) and practice of their application are formulated.
