Essay

Object of exploring: the polish process of the steel details by abrasive tools. Purpose of exploring: on exactness and productivity rising of the butt-end polishing with the crossing axes of the detail and of the circle due to marking the calibrating area on the butt -end of the tool. Methods of exploring and devices: there were used elements of matrix algebra, analytical geometry, mathematical statistics, differential and integral calculation of functions to one and a few the variables; an experimental exploring was executed on a stand with the base of bilateral horisontal butt - end polishing mashine 3342 ADO in use of the modern control - measuring devices. Theoretic and practical results: there was developed an effektive method of the flat butt-end polishing with crossing exes of the detail and the tool with the calibrating area on the base of the conducted theoretikal and experimental exploring which provides the increase productivity and exactness at the one-sided and du-sided polishing; - there were offered the generalized mathematical model of the form-creating and executed exploring of influence of the length and form of calibrating area, the tool orientation angles, of the blank spiring in the area of treatment at the exatness of the butt-end surface at polishing with the crossings axes of the detail and of the tool with a calibrating area; - for finding of the local, instantaneous and middle productivity, at providing of necessary exactness and quality of the processed surfaces, the generalized equalization is offered for determination of projection of the rate vector of the relative movement on direction of vector single normal to the surface of the circle; - on expression for determination of maximal temperature was at the first time obtained in the area of cutting, which takes into account connection of length and form of calibrating area with the angles of orientation of the circles; - calculation formulas were obtained for forces of cutting and wear, which take into account the featuresof polishing process with the fixed calibrating area. Practical meaningfulness of the got results for an engineer consists in that methodology and results of researches allowed: to find the ways of increase of the productivity of polishing process on 12%; to promote exactness and quality of the processed butt-end surfaces, set the rational settings of machine-tools and modes of treatment. Novelty of the got results consists in that the new approach is offered near the decision of task of increase of exactness and productivity of the butt-end polishing by the effective use of butt end of tool due to marking on him of the fixed calibrating shape-generating area which does not accept participating in cutting away of rough allowance and in theoretical and experimental research of basic parameters of process. Degree of inculcation: factory "Agroremmash" (Chernigov), factory "Ukrkard" (Chernigov), in the educational process of the Chernigov state technological university at teaching of discipline "Processes and equipment of high-efficiency methods of treatment". Sphere of use: production enterprises of machine-building industry.
