Zelenko V. Management of the formation processes of costs of the pension funds in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the problem of management of the formation process of costs of the pension funds in Ukraine. In the presented work evolution of development and modern state of provision of pensions in Ukraine and world is investigated; classification of the foreign pension systems is considered; conceptual positions of management of the formation process of costs of the domestic pension funds are formulated; functioning of the pension system of Ukraine is investigated; the analysis of the modern state of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Necessity of the subsequent conducting of pension reform; the ways of improvement of management of the formation process of costs of the pension funds in Ukraine are offered.
