Kuleshov O. The central and cerebral hemodynamics condition and correction in children with the heart rhythm infringements

The dissertation is devoted to the research of vegetative system, central and cerebral hemodynamics in children with heart rhythm infringements and the method of their correction development. The study explored the condition of the vegetative system parts, structure-functional myocardial condition, extra- and intracranial vessels blood flow in children with different types of the heart rhythm infringements. The vegetative system disbalance with sympathicotonia is observed in children of all groups. A decreasing of central hemodinamic parameters were estimated in children with all types of extrasystolic arrhythmias (sypra-, ventricular and polytopic) with normative retractive myocardial condition. The central hemodynamics is hypovolemic in the group of children with extrasystolic arrhythmias. The decreasing of systolic and diastolic blood flow speed in a.vertebralis is also noted in children with extrasystolias.It is estimated that the administration of standart vegetative system disorders therapy in combination with cardonat, vinpocetine and the local physiotherapy (electrophoresis with Bromum by Scherbak on the collar area) leads to decreasing of the daily extrasystolias amount, and the vegetative homeostasis and a.
