Rodin V. Investing activity in agro-industrial production on territories of Special Economic Zones of Ukraine

Object of research: is investing activity of agro-industrial production on the territories of SEZ and its activation instruments. There is profound research there is by agriculture enterprises that invest on the territories of Chernigov SEZ and Zhitomir SEZ. The purpose of research: is scientific substation of investing propositions in agro-industrial production on the territories Ukrainian special economic zone. Methods: economic analysis, abstractly logical induction, deduction comparative, economic statistical; information table presentation; graphic representation; project analysis; monographic research; rating; forecasting. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical aspects have been generalized and investment methodically of efficiently for agriculture on the territories SEZ has been improved. Ukrainian investment legislation has been generalized and main shortages have been neutralized. Investment activation model in agriculture on the territories SEZ has been made. The stimulating proposesof investment activity in agro-industrial production on the territories SEZ have been substantiated. Scientific novelty: first: the definition "investment on SEZ" and the definition "investing activity on territories of SEZ" are proposed; the model of investing attraction for regulation of investing activity in agro-industrial product on the territories SEZ. It is received the further development the methodical approaches for investment efficiency in agro-industrial production on the territories of SEZ; the theoretical and practical instruments of investment stimulation in agro-industrial production on the territories of SEZ; the substantiation of increasing ways for social development of territories of SEZ. Degree of introduction: the research results are used by Ministry of economy of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian policy of Ukraine, Main office of economy Chernigov regional state administration. Efficiency: The use of dissertation research results in practical activity will help to stimulate investment on the territories Ukrainian SEZ with attracting additional capital.
