Essay

The structural state of erythrocyte membranes by the influence of ionizing radiation (beta - radiation of 14С-leucine, absorbed doses 10-7 - 10-5 Gr) in vitro at ultra-low doses and against the background of modification of this membranes by the agonist dobutaminum and the antagonist atenolol of beta1 - adrenoreceptor in concentration of 10-8 - 10-4 М was researched. The following indicators: the electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes, the board potential, the surface-tension and the electric resistance of board of the phase distribution in model system "liquor of electrolyte - lipid, the membrane surface lays, micro viscosity of membrane lipid component, the conformation state of protein molecules and the space organization of membrane protein-lipid complexes was determined. The structural changes of erythrocyte membranes organization appear only in case of the presence of the preparations of erythrocyte membranes in radiation field that states the particularity of ionizing radiation influence at ultra-low doses.
