Essay

Dissertation research was devoted by criminal-judicial to the activity of inquest's organ. Criminal-judicial factors which influence on criminal-judicial activity of inquest's organ were investigational. It was difinited theoretical and legal framework of activity of organ inquests, argued suggestions and recommendations in relation to the improvement of criminal-judicial activity of inquest's organ. Factors of criminal-judicial activity of inquest's organ were analysed. It was difinited basic aspects of work of inquest's organ on the stage of excitation of criminal case.
