Godun V. Development of agro-firms long-term lending system for banks

Object of research: financially-credit processes in agrarian sphere in modern economic area. The purpose of research: definition of theoretical basis, methodical bases and a substantiation of concrete detailed recommendations concerning development of system of long-term bank crediting of agroformations, scientific search of directions of improvement, conditions of expansion and prospects of development of system of long-term crediting of agroformations by banks.Methods: dialectic method of knowledge, the system-complex approach, monographic, functional-structural analysis, correlation and comparative critical analysis, program and target method. Theoretical and practical results: defining original theoretical positions and thesis's offers in sphere of long-term crediting of agroformations is presented in the form of concrete methodical recommendations and consecutive detailed practical actions. Scientific novelty: for the first time the structure of model of long-term bank crediting system in agroformations is developed; the expediency of creation of branch rating agency is proved; methodical approaches concerning a rating estimation of credit status of agroformations in a plane of long-term crediting are developed. Ordering of bank credits from positions of inquiries of agroformations is improved; procedure of an estimation of possibilities of banks concerning development of existing system of long-term bank crediting of agroformations; methodical approaches to definition of differences of long-term and short-term bank crediting of agroformations. The further development of disclosing of the maintenance and economic interpretation of concept „system of long-term bank crediting of agroformations” have got; methodical approaches to procedures and technology of long-term bank crediting of agroformations; directions of improvement and development of system of long-term bank crediting of agroformations. Introduction degree: results of dissertational research are used in work of the Ministry of agrarian policyof Ukraine, branches of banks, agroformations.
