Kopiyka A. Preclinical diagnostics and primary prevention of nephropathies in children

The thesis is devoted to the preclinical diagnostics of children neph-ropathies development, as well as to working out their primary prevention plan. Work is performed according to the data of retrospective and prospective studies. The predicting table were worked out giving the reference criteria of placing the children in the risk group of nephropathies development by the ball estimation system. The base referent sizes LC-spectra of healthy children is generated, age differences are allocated. With the children from the risk group of nephropathies development the differential differences in LC-spectra of urine are determined according to the direction of predicted pathological process. Activation of processes peroxidation is ascertained on the basis of increase in the level of dien conjugates and malon dialdehyde. Taking into account the revealed changes, the plan of primary fitometabolic corrections which will consist from herb complex "Nephrofit" and "Spirulina" is developed and proved. The efficiency of the suggested fitometabolic corrections is proved to results of the direct and remote supervision
