Purpose of research: consists in a theoretical ground and deepening of theory and method of account and analysis of innovative processes and development of practical recommendations in relation to perfection of the registration-analytical providing of management innovative activity of enterprises. Object of research: the operating system of account and analysis is in a management innovative activity of enterprises. Subject of research: The an aggregate of theoretical and methodical aspects the organization and the method of account and analysis in management innovative activity of enterprises. Methods of research: synthesis, specification, induction and deduction, static, dynamics, complex analysis, logical method, supervision. Scientific novelty lays in consists in research-and-development of teoretacal and methodical approaches practical recommendations in relation to perfection of account and analysis of innovations in a management, improvement of existent methods of account and development of analytical tool, activity of enterprises, on the basis of the use of "portfolio approach".
