The dissertation is devoted a theoretical substantiation and working out of methodical maintenance on management of efficiency of activity of the enterprise on the basis of formation of system of balanced development. Theoretical aspects and features of formation of approaches to management of efficiency of activity of the enterprises are investigated, lacks of their application and barriers of introduction of world experience at the enterprises of machine-building branch are revealed. The methodical approach on management of efficiency of activity of the machine-building enterprise in the current and perspective periods is developed, the mechanism of definition of a stage of development of a control system and its conformity to results of a complex estimation of efficiency of activity of the enterprise is offered. Specific proposals on formation and practical application of system of indicators of management by efficiency of activity of the machine-building enterprises for the purpose of maintenance of their balanced development are formulated.
