Kotvitska N. Economical and organizational backgrounds of effective Ukrainian agricultural and food-production politics

Using the system approach, ideas and methods of the economy theory, economical and mathematical modeling, modern IT technologies, some theoretical and practical results are achieved, which help to improve substantially the indicators of national food-supply system. Several mathematical models and optimization methods for the effective food-supply politics management are developed and well founded. The content, key performance indicators, criteria for the food-supply system are defined, as well as the respective threshold values; specific activities for food-supply security optimization are developed; informational models of food-supply security balanced scorecard are created, using the Ukrainian food markets analysis; key performance indicators of the food-supply security are defined.
