Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the systematized decision of theoretical and practical question of constriction and functioning organization and economic technique of improvement of management on Ukrainian mining concentrated complex on the base of service division’s reorganization. This technique supposes to use the modified balanced scorecard with content reflect the specific of the reorganization’s process (service offer structure, competitiveness index, strategy rate, work without stop probability, service speed, employee satisfaction index. The rationality of calculation of the economic value added (base index) on the base of weighted average cost of capital is argued.
