The dissertation work is devoted to study of the manifestation of transition metal ion complexes modification under isomorphous anion substitution as well as under the influence of the radiation and size effects in the optical and physical properties of the ferroics with an alkylammonium cation. The influence of the chromium Cr3+ (6,5 %) doping on the physical and spectral properties of NH2(CH3)2Al(SO4)2x6H2O crystals as well as radiation effects in such materials were investigated. The peculiarities of the spatial modulation in [NH2(CH3)2]5Cd2CuCl11 solid solution were studied. The nanocomposites based on [N(C2H5)4]2CoCl2Br2 nanocrystals in polymer matrix were obtained. Their spectral and physical properties were investigated. The effect of the piezoelectric resonance, where the resonance frequency is determined by the sizes of separate nanocrystals was revealed. The latter effect was observed for the first time.
