Object - closed frames from reinforced concrete which perceive short-time of one-time and low-cycle loadings; the purpose - to determine the influence of one-time and low-cycled loadings on stressedly-deformed condition and strength of normal cuttings of the closed frames of reinforced concrete and improve the methodology of their calculations; methods - theoretical investigations, experimental investigations of frames work according to the specially developed methodology, statistical analysis of theoretical and experimental data; novelty - the got new experimental data of strength, deformability and crack resistance of the closed frames of reinforced concrete, which are under the influence of one-time and low-cycle loadings; the character of the division of the efforts in the elements of frames, the change of the stressed-deformed condition, the movement of the cuttings and width of the crack-openings in the elements of frames as a result of the influence of low-cycled loadings; the methodology of determining of the efforts in the closed frames of reinforced concrete and also the determining of the hoggings and with of the crack-openings in the frame elements, which suffer under the influence of the low-cycled loadings; branch - building
