The thesis for getting of the academic degree of a candidate of agricultural sciences on speciality 03.00.12 - plants physiology. - Uman State Agrarian University, Uman, 2009. The thesis is devoted to study of the effect of different norms of Prima and Puma super herbicides brought in separatly and with plants growth regulator Biolan on physiologic-biochemical processes in winter triticale plants (the forming of height, biomass and leaf apparatus square, anatomic leaves structure, the content of organic substances, chlorophyll, the ferments activity of oxidoreductase class - catalases, peroxidases, polyphenol oxidases, photosynthetical productivity of crops etc.) and microbiological processes in soil and the ascertainment of regularities of productivity forming of sowing and crop quality depending on the grade of preparations effect on cultured plants and weeds. It is established, that compatible application of Prima and Puma super herbicides with plants growth regulator Biolan influences positively the passing of main biological processes in winter triticale plants and soil that is accompanied by crops productivity increase and improvement of physiological and chemical indexes of grain quality at increased level of economic and bioenergy efficiency. On the base of received data the scientifically proved ecological safe measures with the use of Prima (0,8 l/h) and Puma super (1,2 l/h) herbicides compatibly with plants growth regulator Biolan (10 ml/h) in the conditions of research and production have been worked out.
