Volska V. Motivational mechanisms of activity of farms

Research object: process of formation of motivational mechanisms at Zhitomir oblast farms activity of area. Research purpose: search of ways improvement motivational mechanisms in farms and development of offerings as to increase their efficiency. Research technignes: dialectical, abstract-and-logical, thet of analysis and synthesis, monographic, comparison, economic-and-statistical, sociological, series of dynamics discriminant analysis, calculation and constructional. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical results consist in enriching of science with new theoretical and methodological approaches to the solution problem of improvement motivational mechanisms in farms. The practical use of the results obtained is determined by the set of elaborated recommendations and suggestions regarding the solution of operative and strategic problems of improvement motivational mechanisms in farms. Scientific novelty: it is first suggested action of the motivational mechanism on maintenance organizational-ekonomic firmness of farms on the basis of complex application substantial, processual and behavioral factors motivations with orientation at positive equivalent reproduction of everyday needs of workers; improved interpretation of essence of concept “motivational mechanism”, reasons, that induce rural workers to the conduct of farms, system of basic behavioral factors of motivation, reasons of financial instability of farms;had the further development of suggestion to the increase of the a material interest of farmers in the final results of the labour, going of motive of workers near the increase of the productivity of labour with taking into account the motivational mechanism of increase of labour activity. Degree of introduction: the results of scientific studies are used by the executive bodies of Zhitomir oblast in providing the effective performance of farms, and also separate farms in the progress of perspective development plans. Efficiency: the results of the research allow to substantiate the concept of increasing motivational mechanisms in farms.
