Essay

Dissertational work is devoted to working out the methodical approaches to improvement of motivation for the metallurgical enterprise personnel to release the qualitative steel. The analysis and theoretical generalisation of existing methodical bases concerning kinds, principles, methods of motivation of the personnel to release the qualitative production is carried out. The concept "the centre of quality maintenance" (set of the industrial divisions conditionally united by closely connected labour operations (functions) of workers on achievement at a certain industrial stage of the purpose on reception concerning the finished intermediate result in a separate cycle of manufacturing steel) is specified and the methodical approach to formation of such centres in the conditions of steel-melting shop is developed. Methodical bases of definition the separate centre contribution for quality maintenance in formation of individual indicators of quality and possibility to use the steel melted with deviations on quality are offered. Methodical approaches to improvement of motivation system of working steel-melting shops to release steel of the set volume and quality are suggested.
