TThe thesis is devoted to development of methodological instruments and practical guidelines of improvement of enterprise investment strategy formation and it's valuation methods.The theory of investment and financial management is developed, the terminology is grounded. The mechanism of investment strategy formation and optimization is improved. The methods of investment projects efficiency and riskiness valuation are improved. Science-based method of determining of period for projects valuation is developed. The method of formation of optimal investment portfolio is improved. The method of forming of investment strategy financing plan is proposed. The mechanism of investment strategy efficiency valuation is developed. The results of dissertation are adopted by domestic industrial enterprises in formation of their development strategies and valuation of separate investment projects.
