Essay

Object – projecting and designing of products for aerospace purpose. Goal – flying vehicles’ frame mass decrease by means of their parameters optimization. Novelty – for the first time developed conception of composite frames’ mass minimization, models of improvement of honeycomb filler PMC, local zones classifier and approach to reinforcement parameters optimization on mass. Results – rocket-carrier «Cyclone-4» head fairing mass effectiveness raise, improved honeycomb filler PMC. Industry – airplane and rocket production.
