Essay

Nonlinear dynamical systems with ring delayed feedback and amplitude nonlinearity are under consideration. The main goal is investigation of such systems behavior in chaotic self-oscillations regime using the following methods: experiment, spectral estimation, calculation of attractor dimension, computer simulation and circuit modeling. Estimation of spectral density shape of chaotic oscillations in the system with delayed feedback has been obtained. The dependence of spectral-correlation properties of chaotic self-oscillations from asymmetry parameter of nonlinear element has been studied. The method for smoothing of spectrum density shape of chaotic self-oscillations in systems with delay by means of amplitude-dependent delay is suggested. Models of wideband chaotic oscillators and meas-urement system for transmission line testing have been created. Radars, communication and measurement systems with chaotic signals are application area.
