The object - is the process of forming of effective freight forwarding at seaports. The purpose - is elaboration of scientific-methodological regulations and practical guidelines on effective forwarding formation at seaports of Ukraine. The methods - are analysis and synthesis; grouping and comparison; structure functional method; historical and logical; theoretical generalization; economic-and-mathematical modeling and ranking. Novelty - consists in intensification of theoretical propositions regarding research of freight forwarding and development of the optimization mechanism of freight forwarding companies of Ukraine.
