Dadak O. Improvement of economical relationships and their organizational forms among enterprises of milkprocessing subcomplex in agricultural-industrial complex

The object of research: the process of organizing economic relations between partners of agroindustrial complex dairy produce subcomplex.The aim of research: developing recommendations as to the improvement of economic relations between producers and processors in the sphere of agroindustrial complex dairy produce subcomplex and organizational forms optimization. Thе method of research: statistic and economic, monographycal, graphical, economic and mathematic, mathematic modelling, calculative and constructive method of historical and logical unity, systems and diagnostics, composition and logical analyses. The theoretical and practical results: the basis for results solving an important scientific problem of improving economic relations between dairy produce processors at the branch of agroindustrial dairy produce subcomplex; improvement of their organizing forms through the development of cooperation and agroindustrial investigation contractual forms development realization, creation of agroindustrial financial groups. The scientific novelty:it has been created the methodology of economic relations efficiency determination at agroindustrial dairy produce subcomplex at key aspects: economic, ecologycal, social and technological with the use of motivative and effective analysis and the comparison of potential and actual effects. It has been improved conseptual apparatus, that makes it possible to consider integration as economic category that determine production relations by the reason of different agroindustrial enterprises cooperation at technological chain that provides successive and more effective technological process realization of final products produce and contributes to gaining synergy effect; succession and economic relations analysis at agroindustrial dairy produce subcomplex. Introduction: the results of investigation are being useed at Lviv Administration of agroindustrial development, OEC “Komarniv cheese produce factory”, OEC “Lviv municipal dairy plant”, OEC “Brody’s plant of dried skimmed milk”. Efficiency: the results of the investigations allows to increase the efficiency of dairy produce subcomplex by means of reducing expenses for raw materials transportation and guarantees their opportune processiry that promotes the increase of economic relationships at agroindustrial dairy produce subcomplex in favour of all the participants and produce concumers.
