The object of research: the process of veterinary service market formation under the condition of Lviv oblast. The aim of research: to development of theoretical and practical assets of veterinary service market formation. Thе method of research:abstract and logical, historical and economical, statistic and economic, correlation and regression analysis, monografical, trend extrapolation . The theoretical and practical results: from scientific basis for solving the problem of veterinary service market formation. The scientific novelty: Scientific novelty -first conceptual assets of the veterinary service system reformation have been developed, that take into consideration the tendencies of animal breeding development and peculiarities of economic entity behavior that provide and reserve veterinary services. It has been improved the interpretation of the term ”veterinary service„ taking into account its peculiarities that specifies by the problematic assence of this service by the customer and the effectiveness of influence methods over an animal or its environment that makes possible to use marketing methods as to the demand of veterinary services formation. Introduction: the results of the investigation are being used by the Lviv Veterinary Medicine Administration for private veterinary practice establishment activization and state enterprises of veterinary medicine plans development considering veterinary services development tendencies. Theoretical elaboration and practical results are being used by Lviv Institute of Post-graduate education and agroindustrial complex personel retraining of Lviv National university of veterinary medicine by biotechnology names by S.Z. Gzhytsky to specify education programs increase for veterinary practice. Efficiency: the results of the investigation can be used by State management bodies aimed to create competitive environment at the sphere of veterinary services, monopoly influence of state veterinary enterprises reduction, key factors choose for veterinary enterprisesactivity stimulation and state organization giving up from execution of non charac-teristic them functions.
