The object - spectral-selective devices of optoelectronics: multilayered optical filters, attenuators, optical waveguides, the optical elements using effect of light scattering; the purpose - working out and research of spectral-selective devices of optoelectronics of new generation; methods - a method of Monte-Carlo in connection with principles of quantum electrodynamics, methods of quantum and geometrical optics; novelty - spectral-selective devices of new types for the first time are developed and results of researches of their characteristics are represented; results - new methods of modelling and spectral-selective devices on bends of optical waveguides and effect of light scattering are developed; area - engineering science.
