Essay

There are data of microbiological, physicochemical and clinical research of antiseptic preparations of quaternary ammonium (5 compounds) fluorine - quinoline (2 compounds) and 1 derivative of quinoline. A sensibility of clinical microorganisms cultures to antibiotics was defined, preparations of decametoksinum, fluorine-quinoline and preparations of quinoline. An influence of subacid and alkalescent medium was studied and also albuminous load on antimicrobial properties of preparations that were researched. Formation of resistant variants of bacteria was studied in relation to decasan, palisan and levofloksacinum. An antimicrobal activity of antimicrobial composition palisan was researched and its masspectrometric research was done with the aim of determination of the optimal mixture of the composition and its stability in the process of preservation. A comparison of properties of decametoksin containing suppository deseptol and pharmateks was made. Properties of antiseptic composition trihosept were studied. Effectiveness of clinical usage of antimicrobial compositions on the basis of decametoksinum for treatment of patients with purulent-inflammatory illness of urine excretive tract.
