Golubnicha V. Microbiological characteristics of candidiasis infection of pregnant women

The results of microbiological and immunological research of character candidiasis infection at pregnant women are given in the dissertation, with the purpose of improvement diagnostics, treatment and preventive maintenance of this pathology. The prevalence candidiasis infection among the pregnant women in different terms gestation, women resently confined and newborns is investigated. It is established, that C. albicans remains the basic etiological factor of the candidiasis infection in pregnant women and newborns. The sensitivity of the fungi, selected from the patients, is investigated. There is an depression of phagocytic link in a combination with stimulation of humoral link at vaginal candidiasis. On the basis of the received results were offered immunological diagnostic criteria, which allow to differentiate candidiasis and carrier.
