The thesis is dedicated to establishment of general and different dependences in the behaviour of the 3d and 4f impurities in the single crystals of HgSe, ternary solid solutions of CrхHg1-хSe, FeхHg1-хSe, CoхHg1-хSe GdхHg1-хSe and quaternary ones of CrxHg1-x-yMnySe, CdxHg1-x-yCrySe, fabrication of heterojunctions on the basis of CdxHg1-x-yCrySe/MnyHg1-xТe, CdxMn1-xТe/Hg3In2Te6, considered to be promising both in spintronics application aspect.
