Lebid O. Business capital management on the basis of consistency of its components

Research object: management process of business capital; the goal of the work: generalization and development of the theoretical/ conceptual basis, elaboration and foundation of the methodical maintenance and practical recommend-dations for taking into consideration the consistency of capital components of industrial enterprises in the process of its management for increasing the capital functioning efficiency; the method of search and device: structural/logical analysis, graphical analysis, theoretical generalization and historical/economical analysis, systems approach, analysis technique and synthetic procedure, formalization method, system-structural analysis, multivariate statistical analysis, mathematical statistics methods, expert appraisal and questionnaire design, regression analysis; theoretical and practical results: for the first time the influence of consistency of physical, financial, intellectual capital components functioning of industrial enterprises has been proved and suggested the capital management tactics that take into consideration the efficiency of functioning, interrelation and consistency of capital components; concept that have been improved: the determination of business capital, the composition of analysis and appraisal capital circulation indices, the estimation procedure of the capital management efficiency of machine-building enterprises on the basis of construction of integral index by using scaling of non-central distribution data; concept that have been got further development: definition of capital structure, organization and characteristics from the position of systems approach to the capital management; the baseline regulations of industrial business capital management concerning the management principles and business capital management actions consecution; the practical value of the obtained results consists in improvement of management process of business capital and increase of the capital functioning efficiency using the worked out methodical maintenance; objectand level of introduction: results are using in practical activity of Public Company “Chuguiv Plant of Fuel Equipment” Public Company “Kharkiv Tractor Plant of S.
