Object of research: process of becoming and development of economic relations and organization of enterprise in the economies of rural tourism. Purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodological bases as well as scientific and practical recommendations in relation to the organizationally-economic mechanism of enterprise in rural tourism. Methods of research: induction, deduction, abstracting, economic-and-mathematical design, economic-and-statistical, comparative analysis, extrapolations, ball estimation, game theory, calculation-structural, sociological questioning, monographic, correlation-and-regression analysis, SWOT-analysis. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical results consist in enriching of science new theoretical and methodological approaches to the decision of problem of development of rural tourism on bases of enterprises. The practical value of the got results is determined the aggregate of the developed recommendations and suggestions in relation to the organizationally-economic mechanism of enterprise in rural tourism as directions of multifunction development of agrarian economy. Scientific novelty: theoretical-and-methodological approach is first offered to determination of the multiplicative influencing of entrepreneurial activity in the field of rural tourism for providing of the diversified development of agrarian sector of economy; improved authentication of concept of rural tourism, theoretical ground of the system influencing of rural tourism on diversified rural development, classification division of entrepreneurial activity in the field of rural tourism; got further development methodical approach to determination of directions diversification of rural tourism in a region taking into account the ball estimation of his tourist-and-recreational resources, ground of ways of working out problems of the institutional providing of enterprise in rural tourism, introduction of organizationally-economic mechanism of clusters with the purpose of increase of the efficiency functioning of the rural tourism sphere. Degree of introduction: introduction of results of scientific researches by the organs of executive power of the Zhytomyr region in the process of support and development of rural tourism and enterprise, by the subjects of tourist activity and association of citizens, and also in the educational process of the Zhytomyr state technological university at teaching of separate disciplines. Efficiency: introduction of results of researches allows to diversify a rural economy and promote efficiency of functioning of subjects of rural tourism by realization of strategy of partnership in the conditions of clusters.
