Sova A. The symbolism of Ukrainian youth organizations "Sokil", "Sich", "Plast" and "Lug" in Galicia (the end of XІXth century - 1939).

The dissertation investigation is devoted to studying and comprehensive analysis of content and peculiarities of the symbolism of Ukrainian youth societies "Sokil", "Sich", "Plast" and "Lug" in Galicia (the end of XIXth century - 1939.), that was based on combining such main components as: national and state symbols; symbols, connected with the periods of Ukraine's history - Kyiv Rus, Cossacks-Hetmans'age, the present time events. It was a success to determine in the investigation process the names of the persons that were working out the separate symbols. It is enlightened the influence of symbolism on the members of Ukrainian youth organizations, the members of political parties, community; it is estimated the treatment of authoritative structures as to the introducing and using the symbolism by the Ukrainian national organizations.
