Babich M. Efficiency and priorities of subsequent development of farming in a region

Research object: processes of development and efficiency of functioning of farmer economies. Research purpose: ground of scientific recommendations and development of practical measures on the increase of efficiency of activity of farmer economies and determination of priority directions of them subsequent development. Research methods: historical, monographic, abstractly-logical, index, calculation-structural, correlation-regressive analysis, graphic, groupment. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and methodical aspects of organization and effective development of farmer economies are complemented in a theoretical plan. In practical - nauchno-obosnovannye recommendations in relation to the increase of efficiency of activity and determination of priority directions of development of farming of region are developed. Novelty of novovnedryaemogo: methodical approaches are first grounded and the system of prognosis indexes of development of production in the farmer economies is developed, the strategic planning and operative adjusting is fixed in basis of which; improved method of determination of indexes and estimation of efficiency of activity of farmer economies after the DAE method; the mechanism of creation of the vertical system of credit co-operation on principle from a "top" to the bottom is improved; the order of organization of deliberative activity in agriculture with bringing in to collaboration in her of agrarian establishments of education is improved.
