Essay

The dissertation is devoted for reasearhing of laws morphofunctional changes in endothelium of microcirculatory bed vessels in prostate gland during prenatal development of human and white rat fetus and also features of morphogenesis during postnatal development of vascular endothelium and blood capillaries in prostate gland of rats which is ranged on different age groups in norm. Established, that morphogenesis of vascular endothelium of microcirculatory bed's vessels in prostate gland during prenatal development and it is morphofunctional changes during postnatal development have been illustrated by the general laws of morphological transformations in mesenchym derivatives which is a result of interaction between stoma and vascular epithelials. As a result of experimental researches were found , that the effect of hypo kinetic stress during 9 days immobilization influence at rats of all age groups by formation of figures of adaptive-compensatory reactions in tissues and endothelium of prostate gland, but for 14 days action of hypo kinetic stress. It initiated of endothelium's dysfunction, in blood capillaries of microcirculatory bed in prostate gland.
